Every call starts
with the whole story.
Pulse puts your phone system and your customer list on one screen. When a call connects, your rep already sees who it is, what happened last time, and what to do next. Built for small teams who spend their day on the phone.
Running every day for the sales teams inside our own company.
How a call goes
From a new lead to the next call, on one screen.
- A lead comes in From a spreadsheet, an ad, or another tool. Each one becomes a person on your list, with where they came from and who owns them.
- Someone calls them Your team dials from the browser. Or an AI voice agent works the list first and only passes over the people who want to talk.
- The rep is ready The call lands on the record that is already open. No searching, no second screen, no asking the caller to repeat themselves.
- Nothing gets lost How the call went, the notes, and the next step stay on that person. The next call picks up where this one ended.
Why one screen
Two tools, or one screen.
Most small teams call from one tool and keep their customers in another. Here is what changes when they are the same thing.
A phone system and a customer list, kept apart
- When a call connects The rep searches for who it is, or asks the caller to repeat themselves.
- A number on your Do-Not-Call list One call like that can cost up to $500 under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.
- A transfer nobody picks up The caller is left in silence, and the one person who wanted to talk hangs up.
- The same person on two lists Two reps call them the same afternoon, and neither knows about the other.
- After the call Notes live in one place, the call in another, and the next step in someone’s head.
Pulse
- When a call connects The record is already open: who it is, what happened last time, and what to do next.
- A number on your Do-Not-Call list The list is checked before the dial. If the check cannot run, the call does not go out.
- A transfer nobody picks up The caller goes to a backup line you choose, or is told plainly when to call back.
- The same person on two lists The duplicate becomes one record with one history, and you can undo it.
- After the call How it went, the notes, and the next step stay on that person for the next call.
